Our office is always happy to submit your dental treatment to your insurance company for each of your visits. We do accept assignment of benefits, meaning, we will only ask you for your estimated co-pay at the time of service and wait for your insurance company to reimburse us for their portion.

It is always a good idea for you to have your Insurance Benefit Book available to answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance policy. If you have any questions at all that are not answered in this information book, our staff will be more than happy to call your insurance company to research your benefits further.
